Yes. Use your CleNest order reference on the tracking page or open your personal dashboard.
How do online payments work?
Online payments use Paystack. CleNest verifies payment on the server and through signed gateway events before an order is treated as paid.
Can students schedule recurring laundry?
Yes. Customers can create weekly, biweekly, monthly or custom recurring laundry schedules from their dashboard.
Can I save more than one address?
Yes. Customers can keep multiple pickup addresses such as home, office or hostel and select a default.
What happens if a service has no published price?
CleNest creates a quote-pending booking instead of inventing an amount. An authorized administrator finalizes the quote before online payment becomes available.
