Bookings
A booking becomes actionable after CleNest confirms service availability, pricing where required, pickup details and any required payment.
Garment information
Customers should disclose special fabric instructions, known damage, stains or care requirements. CleNest may decline items outside supported care processes.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup and delivery availability and fees depend on service area, distance and operational capacity.
Changes and cancellation
Eligibility for cancellation, changes and refunds depends on order stage, work already performed and applicable payment/refund rules.
