How CleNest reviews eligible refund requests.

Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed against payment status, order stage, services already performed and the reason for the request.
Partial refunds
Where only part of an order is eligible, CleNest may process a partial refund rather than the entire transaction.
Payment provider
Approved refunds are initiated through the configured payment provider. Processing time after initiation may depend on the provider and customer bank.
